Safety Measures

In CGMIPL, a healthy physical and psychological working environment is contributed to Creating job satisfaction, avoiding work-related stress and preventing accidents at work for all CGMIPL employees. All employee sare entitled to a safe and secure workplace where no one is exposed to unnecessary risk. All CGMIPL managers are responsible for the safety of the employees and, in addition to giving instructions and supervising that this is observed, they must also establish an understanding of the necessary safety measures. All employees of CGMIPL are responsible for their own safety when performing their work and must therefore comply with all safety regulations and exercise proper care to contribute to the prevention of accidents

Training & Skills

Every driver of CGMIPL has to go under 2 days defensive Driver Training from Institute of Road & Traffic Education (IRTE) before allocation of any vehicle. Further to this a refresher 1 day course in IRTE for above is mandatory every year. Regular Yearly Training of 2 days for Transport i-ng Hazardous Goods is being given to every driver by the training institutes recognized by the Govt. of India. Regular Online Trainings are conducted by CGM Safety Team incorporating new ideas & presentations for effective absorption. All the drivers, technical and administrative staff of the company are covered under Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) and Employee Provident Fund Scheme (EPF)

Latest Technology

All the vehicles are fitted GPS and round the clock tracking Including Live Camera Monitoring to ensure safety & timely deliverance and to put vigilant eye on drivers behaviour.
